What stood out was her patience, clarity in communication, and genuine effort to ensure that I was guided in the right direction without any confusion or rush. "This is my personal experience while my father was admitted as a patient. What we went through was extremely painful and unfair. The hospital did not allow us to buy medicines from outside and also refused to give this rule in writing. The same medicines, same brand, which cost around ₹10,000 outside, were billed at nearly ₹60,000 by the hospital. This felt like complete exploitation at a time when we were already emotionally broken. After repeated requests and arguments, they reduced ₹16,000, but even after this so-called discount, the charges remain completely unjustified. We are not covered under insurance, and as a family, this financial pressure added to our stress while trying to focus on my father’s health. No family should have to face this. Hospitals are meant to heal, not take advantage of helpless patients and their families. Truly disappointing experience."
